Yes, SolubleCare hand soap sheets are designed for foaming hand soap and the dispenser is compatible. Soluble Care’s published instructions describe adding its foaming hand soap sheet to approximately 250 mL of water, or two sheets to 500 mL, and allowing dissolution before use. Follow the instructions for the exact SKU and bottle; other products may use different ratios. A foaming pump is important because an ordinary liquid-soap pump may not produce the intended foam.
